I’m Sarah, the maker behind Elemental Pottery. Working from my small home studio in rural Wiltshire, I create handmade ceramics designed to bring a sense of Hygge into everyday life, inspired by my love of the natural world and our connection to it.
I chose the name Elemental Pottery because Earth, Air, Fire and Water are all part of the process: the clay from the earth, the air as it dries, the fire of the kiln, and the water and glazes that bring colour and finish.

Stunning Galaxy glazed stoneware Ceramic Mug.
The inside and outside are glazed in a beauiful combination of hues of blues, blacks and soft white giving the effect of looking at the stars. Wheelthrown and made from buff stoneware clay. A stunning mug which is comforting to hold.

Wheelthrown Ceramic Pedestal Dinner Candle Holders available in small and large.
Made from a beautiful Toffee coloured clay. I have carved small marks throughout the height of the holders and around the rim which are glazed with a glossy rich earthy brown glaze.

Handmade wheel thrown stoneware cacao cup crafted from buff stoneware clay. Finished with a soft glaze combination moving from muted creams to blues and purple.
